Beneficiaries :
- Individuals with severe mobility problems in the lower limbs who are working or studying
- Individuals with vision disability (visual acuity is equal or less than 6/36) who are working or studying
- Individuals with quadriplegia
- Blind individuals (visual acuity is equal or less than 6/60 in each eye)
Allowance/Provision:
-€75 per month to individuals with severe mobility problems in the lower limbs, who are working or studying
-€75 per month to blind individuals, regardless if they are working or studying
-€150 per month to individuals with vision disability who are working or studying
-€150 per month to individuals with quadriplegia, regardless if they are working or studying
Mobility Allowance Scheme for Patients under Regular Dialysis Treatment
Beneficiaries:
Patients who have been diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease and is following a Regular Dialysis Treatment at any Public Hospital Renal Unit in the areas controlled by the Republic of Cyprus.
Allowance/Provision:
· €75 per month to persons whose permanent residence is within the within the jurisdiction of a Municipality Council.
· €150 per month to persons whose permanent residence is within the jurisdiction of a Community Council.
Mobility Allowance Scheme for Individuals with Thalassemia
Beneficiaries:
Patients who have been diagnosed with Thalassemia and are following a Regular Blood Transfusion Treatment Program at any Public Hospital Unit in the areas controlled by the Republic of Cyprus.
Allowance:
- €75 per month to individuals whose permanent residence is within the jurisdiction of a Municipality Council.
- €150 per month to individuals whose permanent residence is within the jurisdiction of a Community Council.
