In case of Great Brittain leaving the EU without a deal, the Government of the Republic of Cyprus has decided that it will continue to offer the social benefits of the Department for Social Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities to all British citizens who are already recipients of these benefits. Therefore, if you are already approved for DSID benefits before the Brexit date you will continue to be a beneficiary of these benefits provided that you will continue to live permanently in the Republic of Cyprus and you fulfill the requirements and criteria of the relevant disability law or scheme. You will also be able to submit an aplication for further social benefits of DSID after BREXIT provided that you fulfill the requirements and criteria of the respective disability law or scheme.
